Is FXPrestige regulated?
FXPrestige is regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) in the Republic of Seychelles. FSA is the authority charged with regulating businesses, financial and investment companies in the country. It is the governing body responsible for ensuring that companies adhere to the applicable financial guidelines set out by the laws and regulations of Seychelles.
How do you determine your finance structure?
We work with leading banks and financial institutions to obtain the best Bid and Ask price on behalf of clients. Our relationships with top-tier banks allows us to offer deep liquidity and the lowest spreads.
How long does it take to open an account with FXPrestige?
It can take approximately 24 hours for trading accounts to be approved. For more information, please refer to our Client Document.
How do I keep track of my account?
All clients receive an email with a report outlining all operations conducted in their trading account over the past 24 hours.
How secure is my account with FXPrestige?
In accordance with our stringent policies and procedures, client funds deposited with FXPrestige remain completely separated. Our in-house and external auditors review activities and ensure iron-clad financial security for retail and institutional clients.
What does a Stop Out on my order mean?
A Stop Out on an order is triggered when the margin level in your trading account goes below the margin call level, which is different for different accounts. After it is triggered, your positions will automatically start closing, starting from the least profitable position.
Why was my pending order deleted?
Pending orders are deleted if the free margin is not sufficient to cover the margin needed for opening the particular order.
I forgot my MT 4 password? What steps can I take?
1. Click on ‘My Account’
2. Go to ‘Overview’
3. Click on ‘Actions’
How can I change my MT4 password?
After logging in to your account:
1. Click on ‘Tools’
2. Go to ‘Options’
3. Click on ‘Change’ next to the password tab
4. Change your password and click ‘OK’
